Brewing hot:

• Measure 5 g loose leaf tea (or 2 heaping tsp) per 10 oz water
• Steep in 185°F for 3 minutes
• Strain and serve 

 

Brewing cold:

• Measure 1 tbsp loose leaf tea per 8oz water
• Steep in 185°F teep for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
• Strain and cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
• Pour the chilled chai tea into glasses filled with ice cubes. Add any sweeteners or plant milk to taste.

 

You can get double the goodness out of all our blends by steeping them at least twice. Each tea comes in a 6-ounce reusable glass jar with a lid and a wooden tea scoop included. It's all about making your tea experience easy and eco-friendly.
