We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. Most orders are shipped 3-5 business days after being placed.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 USD in Canada and the US. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and UPS.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Ki. Meishon is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for international orders.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS, UPS or DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS, UPS or DHL Express. Ki Meishon LLC will not be obligated to handle such issues.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR EDITS TO MY ORDER AND / OR ADDRESS?
Please be sure to include the correct shipping address and double check your information. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGES TO ADDRESS once order is submitted. If you find there is a mistake, we will cancel your order and issue a store credit so that you may re-purchase your items.
