Settle into the now, land in your heart.  This sound bath meditation activates tolerance, acceptance, and unconditional love for ourselves, others, and all.  Designed to give you a visceral remembrance of who and what you truly are, and feel the interconnectedness between your deepest emotions and your present journey. Space will be created for you to rest the mind and body, while calming your soul.

Bring a yoga mat (required)

option to bring a blanket, pillow, or cushions as you’ll be on the floor lying down for most of the time – so please bring something for your own comfort.

 You can even bring an eye mask if you’d like to deepen the experience.

Try not to eat or drink anything heavy if possible an hour before we start, so your body isn’t using all its energy for digestion during the session.

Please be hydrated to maximize your experience and it's healing effects. (The body is made of water which transforms through sound, so being hydrated helps with the release of stagnant energy)
