The Lucid Dream: sound meditation experience

This meditation class will be focused on entering deeper states of relaxation so that physical and emotional blockages can be released. The sound bath journey will connect you with your true self using binaural beats, gongs, tibetan bowls, crystals quartz bowls, koshi chimes, sonic ocean drums.

You may also bring : bolsters, pillows, eye pillows, blankets and anything else that will assist you in comfort while lying down.
