The Sacral Chakra is located over your womb ( in women) or genital area and is the energy center that holds all of your emotions, creativity, passion and sexuality/sensuality.
When the Sacral Chakra is out of harmony, it can make you feel emotionally and physically weak. Depression, being overly sensitive, experiencing anxiety can all be signs of disturbed energy in the sacral energy center.
